How it works
01 · Snap
Vendor, date, total, tax and payment method are read straight from the photo. Paper receipts, screenshots, PDFs. Multiple shots in a row.
02 · Connect
Connect your inbox once. Receipts and invoices already sitting in your email appear in the app, including the last 90 days. New ones arrive within minutes.
03 · Confirm
Vendors are normalized (no more three spellings of the same coffee shop), categories learn from you, and every receipt lands under the right project.
Once it's filed
Spending over time by category, vendor or project, weekly to yearly. Recurring charges that stopped showing up get flagged before you forget what they were.
CSV, a multi-sheet Excel workbook, and a Zoho Books import file. Business and personal already separated.
Private storage, encrypted inbox credentials, one-tap disconnect that deletes them. The Mac edition runs entirely on your machine.
