How to find and download Zoom invoices and receipts
Where Zoom keeps your invoice history in the web portal, who gets the invoice emails, how to download a year of invoices, and how to fix the name and address on them.
A Zoom subscription is a small, regular charge that's easy to forget about until tax time. The invoices live in the Zoom web portal, not the desktop app, and the menu names depend on which version of the billing portal your account has. Here's where to look, how to download a year at once, and how to make sure future invoices reach the right inbox.
Short answer Sign in to the Zoom web portal in a browser, open Plans and Billing (or Account Management then Billing on some accounts) and go to Payment History or Invoice History. Click an invoice number to view it and Print it, or tick the box next to an invoice and click Download for a PDF. You need to be the account owner, an admin or have a role with billing permissions.
Where Zoom sends invoices
Zoom emails billing notices to the contacts on your account. There are two:
- the Billing Contact, the person who pays for the subscription, and
- the Sold To Contact, usually the account owner who uses it.
If they're the same person, that person gets both the payment and the invoice notifications. You can also add Additional Email Addresses, which receive a notice whenever a new invoice is posted (but not other billing emails). That's the easy way to copy your bookkeeper or a shared billing@ inbox.
Zoom says its account and notification emails come from no-reply@zoom.us. If invoice notices aren't arriving, check spam and check the contact email on the billing page.
Finding a past invoice
Zoom has two versions of its billing portal, and Zoom's own help pages describe both. Use whichever matches what you see.
If your menu shows Plans and Billing (common for free accounts and plans bought online):
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Go to Plans and Billing.
- Open Payment History.
If your menu shows Account Management:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Go to Account Management, then Billing.
- Open the Invoice History tab.
From either page you can search by invoice number, filter by date or status, click an invoice number to open it, and click Print, or tick the checkbox next to an invoice and click Download to get the PDF.
Only the account owner, admins and users with a billing role can see this page. If you're a regular user on a company plan, ask your admin.
What a Zoom invoice shows
A Zoom invoice lists the products on your plan with quantities, billing periods and prices, then a breakdown of taxes, fees and surcharges. Once you've paid, a transactions section shows the payment.
Each invoice also has a status:
- Open: not paid yet.
- Processing: a payment is on its way.
- Paid: the payment went through.
- Credit: there's a credit on the account.
For your records, keep invoices marked Paid. An Open invoice is a bill, not proof that you paid.
Getting a whole year of Zoom invoices
- Filter the invoice list. In Payment History or Invoice History, filter by date to show the tax year, then download each invoice. A monthly plan means twelve PDFs, which takes a few minutes.
- Search your email. In Gmail,
from:zoom.us (invoice OR receipt OR payment) after:2025/01/01 before:2026/01/01finds the invoice and payment notices for a calendar year. More Gmail searches for receipts.
If you pay yearly, there may be only one invoice to find. Filter by date anyway, in case anything else was billed during the year.
Business tips
- Put your company name and address on the invoice. In Plans and Billing, go to Billing Management and edit the Sold To Contact under Contact Information. On the Account Management version, go to Billing and use the Billing Information tab. Both pages have a company or organization name field.
- Add your bookkeeper as an additional email. They'll get every new invoice without needing a Zoom login.
- Keep one Zoom account for business. If you also have a personal plan, sign in to the right one before downloading, so personal invoices don't end up in the business folder.
Doing it with What Receipt?
Zoom's invoice notices arrive by email, so once Gmail is connected What Receipt? picks them up automatically, or you can forward them to your personal What Receipt? address from any mailbox. Each invoice is read for vendor, date, total and tax. A Zoom plan is exactly the kind of charge Pro's recurring-charge detection watches: it learns the monthly or yearly pattern and alerts you if an expected Zoom charge goes missing, which usually means a failed card or an invoice going to the wrong inbox. Import a past year catches up on a whole tax year at once.
Questions
How do I download a Zoom invoice?
Sign in to the Zoom web portal and go to Plans and Billing, then Payment History. On some accounts it's Account Management, then Billing, then Invoice History. Tick the box next to the invoice and click Download, or open it and click Print.
Why can't I see Zoom invoices in my account?
Only the account owner, admins and users with a billing role can see invoices. If your company pays for Zoom, ask the account owner or an admin to download them or give your role billing access.
How do I send Zoom invoices to another email address?
Edit the billing contact in the Zoom web portal and add the address under Additional Email Addresses. Those addresses get a notice each time a new invoice is posted.
Can I get all my Zoom invoices for the year at once?
Filter the invoice list in the web portal by date to show the whole year, then download each one. Searching your inbox for Zoom invoice emails is often quicker.
